Dreamweaver is a very advanced web page creation. Allows you to create WYSIWYG Web page that has the features of HTML, CSS, PHP, JavaScript, and more.
Normally I do not recommend all need Dreamweaver for a beginner, you at least some basic knowledge of website development to begin to understand everything that is capable of Dreamweaver, too. I am not aware of any good tutorials or Dreamweaver: - /
If you can verify www.webnoobie.com to see some free video tutorials. All videos on this page are for beginners, hence the name.
